This construction machine includes a floor plate 3A constituting the floor portion of a cab and having a floor plate body 3 on which a through hole 3a is formed at a predetermined position of the cab; a controller cabinet covering the through-hole 3a on the floor plate body 3 and slidably provided in a specific direction A along the floor plate body 3; a linear member 15a inserted into the through-hole 3a of the floor plate body 3 and connected with the controller cabinet on one end; and a shielding member 16 provided on the floor plate body 3 in the controller cabinet slidably in the same direction as a sliding direction A of the controller cabinet, covering the through-hole 3a from above, and having an insertion hole 16a which has an opening area smaller than that of the through-hole 3a and through which a middle of the linear member 15a is inserted.
