An intermediate shroud 25 arranged between a heat exchanger-side shroud 23 and a fan-side shroud 24 has a structure including an attachment part 26 attached to the heat exchanger-side shroud 23, a contact part 29 contacting an outer peripheral surface 24A of the fan-side shroud 24 throughout the entire circumference thereof, and an inner projection part 30 formed in the vicinity of the contact part 29. Thereby, when the fan-side shroud 24 tilts with respect to the heat exchanger-side shroud 23, the outer peripheral surface 24A of the fan-side shroud 24 abuts on the inner projection part 30, and an end edge part 24E of the fan-side shroud 24 and the intermediate shroud 25 can be prevented from coming into contact with each other.
