Thus, when an operator 51 squats down on the upper stage step 16 for oil-feeding work or the like, the auxiliary handrail part 30 is disposed at a position where it is easily grasped. Therefore, a working posture of the operator can be stabilized and the oil-feeding work can be smoothly and safely performed.
