To provide a new coupling joint member for making connection between a panel used for the surface of a wall (form thermal insulating material), a wall to be cast (skeleton concrete) or a slab in a concrete casting method.

A construction material coupling connection member is used for construction work making a panel functioning as a form for casting concrete as the surface of the wall in a state to remain unchanged. Surfaces 11 and 11 closely contacted to the surface of concrete, a tub (T) 14 buried into the concrete placed to the surfaces 11 and a part holding the end face of the panel and having a U-shaped cross section are monolithically constituted as a resin body formed in the shape of a longer size. The panel is used for the form and a thermal insulating material after the concrete is cast, and the tub having a T or a V-shaped cross section can be used.
