Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the warp performance and the finishing performance in the work for a router groove, by arranging an inner frame inside an outer frame, attaching the peripheral edge part of a surface member on an outer frame and attaching an intermediate part on the inner frame, and forming the router groove.
CONSTITUTION: An inner frame 2 is arranged inside an outer frame 1. Then, the peripheral edge part of a surface member 4 is attached on an outer frame 1, and an intermediate part is attached on the inner frame 2. Further, a router groove 3 is formed from the position of the surface member 4 corresponding to the inner frame 2 to the inner frame 2. The surface member 4 and the inner frame 2 are formed of a fiber plate, and further, a humidity protecting layer 5 is formed on the reverse surface of the surface member 4. Accordingly, the generation of warp is suppressed, and the warp performance is improved, and the fluffing of the cut surface is prevented, and the finishing performance can be improved.
