To provide a construction method for columns and a construction method for columns and beams having a high work efficiency requiring a fewer number of lifting operations for each story to be built and a fewer number of connections between main reinforcement for columns without using shear reinforcing bars for the main reinforcement for columns on the job site.

A full PC column 12 is reinforced with the main reinforcement 11 for the first column having a length of two-story height, column shear reinforcing bars 17 for one story are bound together and temporarily fixed at an upper portion and connected to the main reinforcement 13a of the second column and erected. In the N-story portion 14a of third column main reinforcement 14 from (N-1) story, column shear reinforcing bars 18 are arranged and a column formwork 21 is formed. A half PC beam 22 has a beam main reinforcement 23 at one end side, which is inserted to the first column main reinforcement 11, a beam main reinforcement 25 at other end side is inserted to the third main reinforcement 14a and suspended down and erected between the full PC column 12 and the column formwork 21. As a result, the number of lifting of the full PC column 12 to N story and the number of connections of the first column main reinforcement can be reduced to the one-half of the conventional one's. Also, by temporarily fixing the column shear reinforcing bars 17 to the upper portion of the first column main reinforcement 11, the erection of the half PC beam 22 and the arrangement of the column shear reinforcing bars 17 can be made easier.
