Abstract:
The invention relates to a special-shaped metal construction forming method. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing prefabricated blanks; then preparing an hourglass-shaped module from the prefabricated blanks; and after heating the hourglass-shaped module, performing upsetting deformation along the height direction and inter-forging heat preservation to forge and weld the prefabricated blank into a blank. By the special-shaped metal construction forming method, the deformation of the upsetting process can be centralized on the interface position of the hourglass-shaped module blank, and generation of the surface tensile stress is avoided, so that the blank is subjected to a large pressure stress uniformly and the surface tensile stress state of the blank is obviously optimized. By the special-shaped metal construction forming method, the metal construction forming yield can be increased and the production efficiency can be greatly improved under the condition of using a press with the same specifications.
