To provide a construction method for floor structure of a vessel housing compartment capable of suppressing occurrence of cracking in mortar finishing of the floor structure of the vessel housing compartment as well as improving workability.SOLUTION: A construction method for a floor structure of a vessel housing compartment includes: a level layer forming process for forming a level layer 1 by installing mortar on a top surface of a deck 7; a steel plate panel forming process for forming a steel panel 2 on a top surface of the level layer 1 above the deck 7; a coating process for coating the primer material 3 on the top surface of the steel plate panel 2; and a finish process for forming a finishing mortar layer 4 by installation of the mortar on a top surface of the primer material 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
