To make a shape less expensive and to facilitate alteration and correction by placing a shape on a road surface where pavement material is laid, rolling the same, removing the shape, and then securing a linear body having flexibility to surface of a plate-like body of the shape in placing granular material on the road surface to be again rolled and constructed.
A shape 1 formed by securing a rope 3 as a linear body to the surface of a connecting panel 2 which is a plate-like body with staples 4 like cracks is laid on a pavement material laid on ths road surface and flattened. A road roller is forced to run on the shape 1 to perform rolling compaction, thereby transferring the form of the rope 3 arranged on the shape 1 to the surface of the pavement material. At this time, sand is placed on suitable portions on the pavement surface, and again rolled by the road roller. Thus, an irregular road where a relief is formed according to the thickness of a sand portion and cracks are formed on the surface is formed. Further, the thus formed pavement body is highly dense and strong.
