SOLUTION: When a main body wall 10 is constructed with an underground continuous wall 20 and a post-cast wall 30, tie hoops 42 are arranged to surround the main reinforcements 41 of a preceding element 21 of the underground continuous wall 20 and the main reinforcements 41 of the post-cast wall 30 formed at an interval to form a column structure 11. Tie hoops 42 are arranged to surround the main reinforcements 41 of a succeeding element 22 formed between the preceding elements 21 and the main reinforcements 41 of the post- cast wall 30 to form the column structure 11. The postcast walls 30 are formed along one-side faces of the preceding element 21 and succeeding element 22, and the column structures 11 are formed with the post-cast wall 30 adjacent to the preceding element 21 and the post-cast wall 30 adjacent to the succeeding element 22 respectively.
