To provide a construction method for a panel, and the panel, which enable attachment/detachment and construction in an arbitrary position in the construction and reform.

In the panel, a hook-shaped protrusion for closing a gap between the panel and the adjacent panel in a meeting state is provided on the backside of an end adjacent to another panel in such a manner as to protrude from an end surface; a screw receiving part is provided on a front side thereof in such a manner as to protrude from the end surface; and the adjacent panels can be joined together by screwing a drilling screw into the screw receiving part. In the construction method for the panel, the adjacent panels are joined together by screwing the drilling screw into the screw receiving part, and a recess, which is formed by the screw receiving part, the end surface and a hook-shaped protrusion receiving part, is used as an adjustment margin at the attachment/detachment of the panel. Both construction time and costs can be greatly reduced because only the panel in a part to be repaired can be easily detached even during the reform.
