Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a processing work for a pipe through-pass part to be carried out by a simple work performed from a lower floor even if several workers are not assigned to both upper and lower floors and along with operation, to enable a covering work for the pipe to be carried out efficiently.SOLUTION: A construction method for a pipe passing part comprises the steps for installing a substantial cylindrical external mount 5 having a heat insulation property at an outer circumference of a pipe 3; moving upward the external mount 5 installed at the pipe 3 along the pipe and closing a through-pass hole 2 of a floor slab 1 at an upper floor; and filling incombustible filler material 4 in a clearance between the through-pass hole 2 of the floor slab 1 and the pipe 3. The external mount 5 comprises a cylindrical main body 51, a closing plate 52 attached to the upper end surface of the main body 51 and an elastic seal material 53 attached to the closing plate 52. The through-pass hole 2 of the floor slab 1 at an upper floor is closed by the closing plate 52 of the external mount 5 and acted as a frame mold for filling incombustible filler material.
