Abstract:

PURPOSE: To rationalize the construction of turbine and generator areas for thermal and nuclear power plant buildings by driving a celing crane in an early stage and giving an allowance to a product loading operation position.
CONSTITUTION: A turbine building of a thermal power plant or a nuclear power plant is constructed in a steel structure or a steel-frame and a reinforced concrete composite structure. Steel posts 13, steel beams 13 and a ceiling crane 17 are constructed in advance, but a product delivery space is excluded and it is so arranged that an early stage operation may be available. A hydraulic lifter 85 which may travel along the outer peripheral part of the turbine building is installed, thereby enabling products to be delivered into the building from any arbitrary space in the outer peripheral part of the building. This construction makes it possible to reduce temporary equipment related to the delivery and installation and expand the application range of a large scale block and module and avoid complicated work involving the delivery of mechanical equipment and extension of buildings are reduce an outside-installed large-sized temporary heavy equipment installation period and save on-site work and eliminate on-site three hazards, such as danger dirty and hard working.
