To provide a method for efficiently constructing a slope frame on a slope.
A ground is cut from the upper part of a slope to form a slope, and the cut earth and sand are used as a scaffold. A plurality of anchors 3 are installed adjacent to the slope immediately after being formed. A cylindrical pipe whose both ends are opened is attached exteriorly to a tension part of each anchor 3. A cross block 4, which has a through hole 43 penetrating from the top to the bottom, projects reinforcements toward the upper and the lower, and the right and the left directions, and forms only a central part as a concrete block body, is installed so that the pipe is inserted into the through hole 43. An additional reinforcement 5 is assembled between the ends of reinforcements in the right and left direction of the adjacent cross blocks 4, and concrete is placed in a state enclosing the reinforcements of the cross block 4 and the additional reinforcement 5.
