To provide a construction method for a steel tower foundation for power transmission, improving yield strength as compared with a foundation of the same fixing length as before, and joining to cast-in-place pile and a small bore diameter steel pipe pile without a separate footing, thereby reducing the joint part, contributing to the reduction of earth volume.
In this construction method for a steel tower foundation, a pile material 9 driven in the ground and a leg material 4 for a steel tower are joined by placing concrete. The leg material 4 for the steel tower is provided with a projected member 6 for bearing concrete, a cylindrical member 8 for restraining the periphery of the leg material 4 for a steel tower and the placed concrete, an engagement member 5 is formed to be engaged with the concrete 7 placed in the inner wall of the cylindrical member, and concrete 7 is placed to construct a steel tower foundation.
