PURPOSE: To erect accurately an anchor and to prevent the occurrence of slippage in a core by adjusting the height of a strip footing frame with a height adjusting member, and boring the anchor in the center of a separator.

CONSTITUTION: A lower member 1b of a connecting hardware 1 connected to a strip footing frame 3 and a lower chord 3b of the strip footing frame 3 are borne on a height adjusting member 2. By turning a pair of up and down nuts 2c and 2d of the height adjusting member 2, the height of the strip footing frame 3 is adjusted. An upper chord 3a of the strip footing frame 3 is held horizontally. While, a separator 6 having the length equivalent to the thickness of the strip footing concrete is fixed to a form 9. In addition, an anchor bolt is inserted in an anchor hole bored in the center lengthwise of the separator 6. Or a bolt 5 screwed in an anchor nut 4 is inserted.
