PURPOSE: To shorten the construction term of the whole tank by equipping the roofing with a revolving scaffold for carrying out the works of installing a cool keeping layer.
CONSTITUTION: A hole is excavated in the ground, and a concrete tank structure 1 in a cylindrical form with bottom is erected there. A dome-shaped roofing 2 is assembled at the inner bottom of this tank structure 1, and in the lower part of the inner surface of this roofing 2, a revolving scaffold 1 is installed, which is capable of revolving in the circumferential direction of the rooting. Then the roofing 2 is installed on the upper opening of the tank structure 1 using the air raising method, and this is followed by simultaneous execution of the interior works for the tank structure 1 and the installing work for a cool keeping layer 3 to the inner surface of the roofing 2 using the revolving scaffold 1.
