To contribute to the spread of wind power generation by restraining construction costs for a wind power generation tower.
The large-scale wind power generation tower is conventionally dividedly produced in a factory, and a lifting raising rail 8 is arranged on and connected to these divided block members 3 and 3a, and a lifting device 9 for gripping-lifting the block member 3 is made to travel on this lifting rail 8. Since a gripping device 10 is arranged in this lifting device 9 for normally-reversely rotating by almost 90° by gripping the block member 3, even if a tower is heightened by increasing output by enlarging a propeller diameter of wind power generation, a large crane is not required, and a road/tunnel therefor is not required so that the civil engineering work cost can be restrained.
