To easily change only interior finishing by making the rear surfaces of both plane material panels face each other by installing one plane material panel detachably while the other panel is kept in an installed state.
An opening 39 is formed between the upper end face of a plane material panel 6 in a room side and a ceiling surface 1, and a wiring space 48 behind the opening 39 is opened to the room side through the opening 39. Wiring 34 can be housed in a space 48 through the opening 39 and can be extended to certain places where the wiring is required through the space 48. The wiring box 49 is set in the space 48 through the opening 39 and wires 34 are inserted. When changing only the interior finish in a room 4, only the plane material panel 6 at the room side is removed and it is only required to replace it with a new plane material panel, and no removal of the plane material panel 7 at the corridor side is required. Thus, when changing the interior finish only in a room in response to a change in life style or the like, the work can be performed easily with an advantageous cost.
