Abstract:
PURPOSE: To protect a bag as well as to increase frictional forces by a method in which a precast pile with a bag to be expanded larger than the diameter of an expanded bottom of pit is penetrated into the pit excavated in the ground and a solidifying fluid is injected into the bag to make the bag closely contact the pit wall.
CONSTITUTION: A nylon bag 1 is attached to a concrete pile 4 with the aid of combined use of epoxy adhesive and bands. The pile 4 is penetrated into a pit 3 with expanded bottom which is formed by preboring method. Cement milk is then injected into the bag 1 through an injection tube to expand it.
