Abstract:
To provide a more convenient and versatile technique.SOLUTION: A construction planning system 100 includes user terminals 102, 104. The user terminals 102, 104 each receive an input of site information on a planned construction site where a building is to be constructed, and acquires, on the basis of the received site information, construction information on construction conditions in the planned construction site, from an external institution 160. The user terminals 102, 104 each are provided with basic plan information of the building to be constructed in the planned construction site by presenting the site information and the construction information to an external person 170. The user terminals 102, 104 each provide a server device 110 with the plan information together with the site information and the construction information, to generate a building model in which human judgment is reflected partially, in the server device 110. The user terminals 102, 104 each output summary information about a schematic drawing, cost, and a construction period and the like of the building, on the basis of the building model generated in the server device 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
