Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction plate printer which applies decorative print on a design surface by controlling ink ejection timing from an ink jet nozzle while carrying a construction plate at equal speed, wherein a plurality of (four) ink drips are shot overlappingly on a single pixel and a surface to be printed is filled with ink dots to apply such print that an underlying color of the plate is not visible.
SOLUTION: Each of color ink supply printing heads of C, M, Y and K includes eight nozzle arrays, and the respective nozzle arrays are constituted to eject ink with different density. Cyan ink with a predetermined density is shot to a target pixel position on the design surface of the construction plate, and magenta ink, yellow ink and black ink are sequentially shot in a stack to the same point.
