The construction interposes a leaf spring 60 asymmetrical with respect to both sides between a yoke 54 and interior surface of a case 14 so as to fix a coil 52 of the solenoid controlled valve 20 and a bobbin 50 to the housing 12. It provides at center of the leaf spring 60 a fylfot-like through hole 72 asymmetrical with respect to line of longitudinal direction passing through its center O1. It also provides on the case 14 an asymmetrical fylfot-like protuberance 76 putting shape of the through hole 72 together with respect to predefined line passing through its center.
