Abstract:
To provide a detector and a detecting program for construction sites capable of improving business efficiency by automatically identifying construction sites and capable of grasping the construction sites by visualizing the construction sites in a target area on a map.SOLUTION: A construction site detector acquires observation images on the ground including construction sites from above through an image acquisition device 100 (an earth observation satellite 101, a flying object 102, and so on), and comprises a learning unit 201 to learn construction site identification information by machine learning for identifying the construction sites based on the observation images and a construction site detection unit 202 to detect the construction sites from the observation images based on the construction site identification information learned by the learning unit 201. The construction site detection unit 202 may include a temporary enclosure detection unit 203 to detect the temporary enclosures of the construction site from the observation images.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
