PURPOSE: To generate sounds of music, etc., from inside the roads of shopping streets, etc., by boring the side faces of the side ditches of the roads with holes at prescribed intervals and releasing the sounds from respective waterproof speakers through these holes into the side ditches.

CONSTITUTION: This construction has the side ditches 3 which are embedded into the ground alongside the roads, are formed with the holes 3a at the prescribed intervals on their side faces and are formed with sound releasing parts at the prescribed intervals on their front surfaces. The construction has the waterproof speaker 8 which are respectively embedded into the ground by each of the respective holes so as to release the sounds from the respective holes 3a of the side ditches 3 into the side ditches and signal lines 9 which are embedded into the ground in order to connect the respective waterproof speakers 8 to acoustic devices. The sound releasing parts are formed at the prescribed intervals atop the side ditches 3 and, therefore, the sounds from the waterproof speakers 8 are released outside the side ditches 3 via these releasing parts. Then, people walking on these roads feel as if the sounds of the music, etc., are generated from inside the roads and the comfortability of the shopping streets, etc., is enhanced.
