The construction structure and/or construction method of a roof or wall comprises spraying a thermal insulation foam layer 3 having quick-drying performance, spraying a resin drawable reinforcing waterproof layer 4 having high strength, and applying or spraying a surface layer 5 by any of sunlight resistance, fire resistance, flying spark resistance, heat shielding performance or a combination of these on the surface of a basis material 1 of the roof or wall of a building. In addition, the construction structure and/or construction method comprises spraying a resin drawable reinforcing waterproof layer 4 having a high strength on the basis material surface of the steel structure and applying or spraying a surface layer 5 having sunlight resistance such as ultraviolet rays resistance on a surface of the reinforcing waterproof layer.
