This construction support system comprises a management computer having earth cutting area data 30 which stores soil quality data of an earth cutting area block and a blocking for each soil quality data requested by an earth filling area block; track scales 58, 60 for measuring a transport vehicle deadweight which are disposed at an earth cutting area outlet and an earth filling area inlet, respectively; and a communication means for transmitting information on loading on and unloading from a damp truck 18 to the management computer and also transmitting the traveling path and position of the damp truck captured by a GPS to the management computer. The management computer indicates the earth filling of cut soil and purchased soil on each block of an earth filling area and the standby of the damp truck in a lane district according to the measured values by the track scales.
