Title:
CONSTRUCTION OF UNDERGROUND CUT-OFF WALL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6221920
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To economically construct an under ground cut-off wall with good efficiency by a method in which a guide column is penetrated into the coupling edge of one side of unit cut-off plate whose other side coupling edge is coupled, the unit cut-off plates are penetrated into the ground, the guide column is drawn out, and grout is injected.

CONSTITUTION: A guide column 31 is penetrated into the right-handed coupling edge 2' of an unit cut-off plate 11, and the plate 11 is penetrated into the ground under the guidance of the guide column 32. The guide column 31 left in the connected portion of the plate 11 already penetrated is pulled out by a rope 8 attached to the coupler metal 5 of the column 31. Afterwards, a grout 9 is injected through a hose having a nozzle on its tip. An underground cut-off wall having complete water-stop performance at the connected portions of the unit cut-off plates 11 can thus be economically constructed with good efficiency.
