PURPOSE: To erect a unit type building without use of a crane.

CONSTITUTION: A fourth building unit 6 arranged at the deep location 52 on a foundation 2 by a bringing-in means 53, a first and a second transfer means 54, 55 is raised at first by as high as one building unit and a second building unit 4 is arranged in the space defined thereunder. Subsequently, a lifter 56 of the unit is transfered to the inside position 51 and the third building unit 5 arranged at the inside position 51 is raised by as high as one building unit and a first unit building 3 is arranged thereunder and a two-floor unit building 1 is erected.
