PURPOSE: To secure a storing space for a s washing machine and to facilitate its storing by providing a storing section to store a washing machine to a position lower than the bottom plate of a dressing room in the lower part of a laundry room, and forming the bottom plate of the dressing room so that it is capable of loading and unloading.

CONSTITUTION: A television set storing section 20a is provided to the upper part of a laundry room R1, and a storing section Sm to store a washing machine M is provided to the lower part thereof. The storing section Sm for the washing machine M is formed on a position lower than the bottom plate of a dressing room R4, and the bottom plate 23 is mounted to the bottom. The storing section Sm for the washing machine M is connected to the lower space of a bottom plate 65 of the dressing room R4, and the bottom plate 65 is so formed that it is capable of loading and unloading. When the bottom plate 65 is unloaded, the washing machine M is so considered that it can be incorporated in the storing section Sm. According to the constitution, the washing machine M can be housed in the laundry room R1 without interfering with the television storing section 20a.
