To provide a construction work device capable of efficiently conducting works for winding a steel plate on a pier.
An overhaul-assembly type working base 1 with a loop-shaped guide rail 4 is installed onto a footing 32 supporting a pier 31 so as to surround the pier 31. Working machines such as a drifter 7, a welding machine, etc., are loaded movably on the guide rail 4, and operation boring the mounting holes of anchor bolts 34 for fixing steel plates 33 onto the footing 32 and operation bonding the mutual steel plates 33 by welding are conducted by properly moving these working machines in the periphery of the pier 31. Masts are disposed in upright on the working base 1, a lifting-lowering workbench 24 is installed to the masts, and the winding operation of the steel plates 33 is conducted while freely shifting the workbench 24 horizontally and vertically along the pier 31.
