The ranking of contact addresses denoting the surety of contact, that is, which contact address provides ease of contact among a plurality of contact addresses, is decided in interlocking with a job state such as an attendance state and a schedule state or the like of each registered person, and then a contact address providing easier contact with a registered person is displayed in response to the attendance state and the schedule state such as vacation, going-out, tardy, early leave, and overtime, and the presence / absence of an opposite party at a contact address is confirmed in advance. The contact address management method sets a plurality of contact addresses and a ranking condition to rank the contact addresses with respect to each registered person to a contact address database, reads a plurality of the contact addresses and the ranking condition set to each registered person from the contact address database on the basis of a contact address request and ranks a plurality of the contact addresses on the basis of the read ranking condition.
