Abstract:
PURPOSE:To easily and securely fix a thermosensitive element to a heat generation body by forming a tongue-piece plate on an insulating plate and fitting the thermosensitive element to this tongue-piece late. CONSTITUTION:The tongue-piece part 8 which is separated by a cut part 5 is formed on the insulating plate 7 such as a printed wiring board. Then fitting legs of the thermosensitive element 2 are inserted into holes 4 bored in the tongue-piece part 8 and the end parts of the fitting legs are soldered to conduction parts of the insulating plate 7. A projection part 9 where a recessed part 3 which engages the upper outer shape of the thermosensitive element 2 is formed on the heat generating body 1 and the thermosensitive element 2 is engaged with the recessed part 3 in contact. This contact engagement state is maintained with the elasticity that the tongue-piece plate 8 has. When the heat-generating body 1 generates heat, its heat is conducted from the tip recessed part 3 of the projection part 9 to the thermosensitive element 2 which is in contact engagement state and accurate and stable heat conduction is performed.
