Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the power consumption by leaps and bounds by connecting scanning contacts in series to input contacts and opening and closing scanning contacts with a scanning signal to take in contact information one by one and inputting contact information to a digital delay, circuit. CONSTITUTION:Input contacts 1 (1a-1n) are connected in series to scanning contacts 11 (11a-11n) through rectifying circuits 2 (2a-2n). Output sides of contacts 11 are connected to photocouplers 4 (4a-4n) through input current limiting resistances 14 (14a-14n), and outputs of couplers 4 are connected to digital delay circuits 12 (12a-12n). Outputs of circuits 12 are inputted to an operating circuit 7 through buffer gates 6 (6a-6n). A scanning circuit 13 receives a closk signal from the circuit 7 and generates successively scanning address signals ADDR1- ADDRn having a certain duration T to close contacts 11 successively. Only when contacts 11 are closed, closing signals of contacts 1 are inputted to circuits 12 through couplers 4. Circuits 12 use scanning address signals as timing signals to store contact information, and contact information are taken in only when scanning address signals are outputted, and thus, the power consumption is reduced considerably.
