To provide a contact lens fitting agent and a contact lens fitting agent set which have good dripping property, give good feeling of use and have excellent sanitary and safety characteristics.
The contact lens fitting agent includes: a contact lens fitting liquid containing at least a polymer compound; and a resin-made container in which the contact lens fitting liquid is filled in a hermetically sealed state and which has 0.5 to 2 mL capacity. The viscosity of the contact lens fitting liquid at 20°C is 10 to 100 mPa s. The resin-made container has a dripping port through which the contact lens fitting liquid is dripped and of which the diameter is 0.3 to 1.5 mm. The head space of the contact lens fitting agent before unsealing is 5 to 95% of the capacity of the resin-made container. The contact lens fitting agent forms one unit of disposable type (one time using-up type) and the contact lens fitting agent set is constituted by combining two or more units.
