Abstract:
To obtain a contact material for a vacuum valve, equipped concurrently with superior blocking characteristics and voltage resistance characteristics, and to obtain its manufacturing method.
In the contact material for the vacuum valve with the mixed powder of Cu powder and Cr powder being the raw material, this is the contact material for the vacuum valve in which the content of the Cr is 23 to 50 wt.%, and with the mixed powder being used, by mixing a first powder manufactured by an atomization method with water as a cooling medium and a second powder manufactured by the atomization method with an inert gas as the cooling medium.
