To provide a contact member for which manufacturing of a substrate can be easily facilitated and degree of freedom in arrangement of a circuit pattern on the substrate can be improved.

The contact member is formed as a solid form curving on one side to be able to be arranged on the substrate 15. A periphery part 21 of this solid form is abutted to the substrate 15 and at the same time, an inner part 23 surrounded by the periphery part 21 has a solid form which is separated from the substrate 15. An abutting contact part 25 which is always in contact with a first electrode 11 on the substrate 15 is provided on the periphery part 21. In addition, a movable contact part 27 facing a second electrode 12 on the substrate 15 which is separated from the first electrode 11 is provided on the inner part 23. By having the moving contact part 27 elastically deformed by being pressed toward the substrate 15, the moving contact part 27 is brought into contact with the second electrode 12 and the first electrode 11 and the second electrode 12 are conducted. An opening 29 which is separated from the substrate 15 is provided in a position which is different from the abutting contact point 25 in the periphery part 21. A circuit pattern 13b is provided extending from the second electrode 12 on the substrate 15 facing the opening part 29.
