To provide a contact structure in which a conductive part can be contacted surely with both of a pair of contacts, and in which the conductive part can connect the pair of contacts electrically to each other, and to provide electronic equipment provided with the contact structure.
An AV equipment 1 is provided with an operation part 7. The operation part 7 is provided with a push button 11, installed at a front face 2a of the equipment body 2. The push button 11 is provided with the button body 40, and the contact point structure 14 housed in a hole 13 for the operation part. The contact point structure 14 is provided with a printed wiring board 19, the pair of contact points 20a, 20b, a rubber plate 21, and a conductive plate 23. The contact points 20a, 20b are installed at the printed wiring board 19. The rubber plate 21 is provided with a boss part 26. The boss part 26 is provided with a parallel part 29 facing the contact points 20a, 20b. The conductive plate 23 is provided with a flat plate part 32 and a deformable piece 33 pasted on the parallel part 29. The deformation piece 33 is installed at the outer periphery of the flat plate part 32.
