Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact structure for use in a heating cart, ensuring the contact and connection between the contact terminals of trays and pantographs for enhanced reliability, and achieving such operation easily.
SOLUTION: This heating cart includes: an outer casing having a box-shaped door and casters; guide rails made in pairs of right and left ones and secured to the inner surfaces of the right and left side plates of the outer casing as they are arranged in a number of steps vertically; plate-shaped trays 1 stored inside the outer casing while being arranged vertically in a number of steps and held on the guide rails in such a way as to be freely taken in and out and each equipped with a heater 13 for heating foods in food containers placed thereon; and pantographs 3 arranged vertically in a number of steps and attached to the inner surface of the outer casing, for carrying current to the heaters 13 of the trays 1. Contact terminals 20 (20C, 20D) for the heaters 13 facing the trays 1 are formed on both the upper and lower surfaces of each tray 1, and contact terminals 21 (21C, 21D) facing the pantographs 3 are also formed to be vertically separated from one another.
