To provide a contact switching device capable of suppressing flow-out of a conductive fluid from a fluid inlet for the conductive fluid.
The contact switching device 1 is formed by using a semiconductor board 3 and an insulating board 6, and provided with a body part 2 which has a fluid housing room 2d in which a conductive fluid L1 is housed freely fluidly, and in which a pair of contacts 7a, 8s are exposedly installed, and a fluid inlet 3f to inject the conductive fluid L1 into the fluid housing room 2d, and an actuator 9 to make fluidize the conductive fluid L1 housed in the fluid housing room 2d and to switch a conduction state between a pair of contacts 7a, 8a, and a first channel 2b which is a site communicated with the fluid inlet 3f in the fluid housing room 2d is formed to be equal to or larger than an opening of the fluid inlet 3f. An outflow prevention part 4 composed of a thin film made of a metal material more superior in wettability to the conductive fluid L1 than that of the inner face of the fluid inlet 3f is installed at the inner face of the fluid inlet 3f.
