Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact capable of suppressing reflection of a high-frequency signal.SOLUTION: A contact S1 comprises a first connection part 100, a second connection part 200, and an intermediate part 300. The first connection part 100 is a cylinder which extends in a Y-Y' direction, and has a base 110 and a first wall 120. The first wall 120 extends from a first end part 111 of the base 110 in a direction including a component in a Z-Z' direction. The second connection part 200 is a plate extending in the Y-Y' direction. The intermediate part 300 has a base 310 and a first inclined part 320. The base 310 of the intermediate part 300 couples the base 110 of the first connection part 100 to the second connection part 200. The first inclined part 320 extends from a first end part 311 of the base 310 in a direction including a component in the Z-Z' direction and couples a first wall 120 of the first connection part 100 to a first end part 210 of the second connection part 200, and is inclined downward toward the first end part 310.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
