Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contactless power supply method and charging stand, by which charging can be continued regardless of metal foreign matter or displacement, while achieving a simple circuit configuration and a low manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A contactless power supply method has a power transmission value for the power supply stand 10, which can be supplied in correspondence with the received power value of the portable device 50, with no foreign matter and no displacement. Power is supplied while being limited by an increased power transmission value at which power is supplied. Since power is supplied while being limited by the increased power transmission value, power loss is relatively small, hence, heat generation is less, and power transmission can be continued.
