Title:
CONTACTLESS SWITCH
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3198419
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent number of IC terminals and capacitors from being increased by using a capacitor for an initial reset circuit and for a timer circuit in common.
CONSTITUTION: A charging and discharging circuit 7 starts supplying a charge current i4 when a potential of a capacitor C is a 1st reference potential or below. Then an initial reset circuit 8 outputs an initial reset signal and stops the output of the initial reset signal when the potential of the capacitor C reaches a and reference potential and stops the charge current by a discharging circuit 9. In this case, an output circuit 3 keeps the output to a reset state while the initial reset signal is outputted from the circuit 8. After the initial reset state is finished, a charging circuit 10 supplies a charge current based on a command operating a timer and when the potential of the capacitor C reaches a 3rd reference potential, a timer circuit 11 stops the current i10 and outputs a timeup signal. Thus, the switch is made small.
