To evaluate the preciseness and reliability of a part contained chemical substance report from a part supplier.

Data of each part is classified for every similar part and stored in a similar part database 2, and the content of a part contained chemical substance report for a part delivered from each part supplier 15 is stored in a part contained chemical substance database 2. When a part contained chemical substance report 15 for a delivered part is provided from the part supplier 15, the similar parts of this part are retrieved in the database 2 by a reliability determination/evaluation part 4, and data for chemical substances are read for every similar part from the database 3. These data are compared (cluster-analyzed) with data for chemical substances described in the report 16, whereby the similarity of the report 16 to the report for the similar parts is determined to evaluate the reliability of the report 16.
