Abstract:
To provide a vessel accumulator capable of separating vessels, each of which has a bottom shape in plan of generally square and no curl or flange in the upper part, on a specified-number basis while suppressing a disorder in the state of stack.SOLUTION: A vessel accumulator 100 comprises a posture aligning mechanism 1 that makes equal the interval of vessels and aligns them such that the generally squared bottoms become identical in orientation, a centering mechanism 2 that center the aligned vessels, and a count-and-separation mechanism 3 that accumulates the centered vessels, counts the number of accumulated vessels based on a positional displacement of surfaces of the accumulated vessel, and deforms the counted vessels at their upper parts and separates them into vessel bundles on a specified-number basis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
