To provide a container cap equipment which can surely prevent pseudo-adhesion in a valve body slit.
This cap equipment is provided with a valve body 5 whose wall is made of soft and flexible resin such as silicone resin forming, in a recess 5d at the inside of a top part 5a, a slit 4 which opens/closes depending on the inner pressure of the container, a cap main body 7 which holds a condition where the top part 5a of the valve body 5 faces outside from the opening part 6 and which is fixed at the opening base part 2 of the container 1, and an over cap 8 which covers freely detachable the opening part 6. When the overcap 8 fits the opening part 6 and covers a protrusion 9 facing upward (outward) around the periphery of the valve body slit 4, the slit 4 opens being pressed by the flat bottom part 8a of the over cap 8.
