To provide an inspection device of a containerized cargo capable of inspecting efficiently a container landed from a marine structure or a container to be stowed into the marine structure, and usable by being arranged on various quay cranes.

This inspection device of the containerized cargo is characterized by being equipped with a temporarily placing stand 22 for temporarily placing the container 14 landed from the marine structure by the quay crane in a lower frame part of the quay crane, a ceiling crane 54 for hoisting and moving the container 14 temporarily placed on the temporarily placing stand 22 and transferring it to a container conveying vehicle 70, wheels 26 for enabling the temporarily placing stand 22 to run automatically, and an outrigger 27 for moving up and down the temporarily placing stand 22.
