To provide an inspection device of a container cargoes, capable of inspecting all of the containers unloaded from a ship or loaded into the ship so that a container hanger is taken in an inspection image, even when X-ray insepection is performed in a state with hung container.
The inspection device of the container cargo is constituted so as to inspect the cargo in the container, which is unloaded from the ship by a quay crane, by means of radiation and equipped with a temporary stand on which the container unloaded from the ship by quay crane is temporarilly placed; a container relay means for hanging up and mooving the container temporarilly placed on the temporary stand equipped with a container hanger to deliver the same to a container feed vehicle; and a radiation inspecting means for performing the radiation inspection of the container hung up by the container relay means. The radiation inspection means is equipped with a radiation part, arranged so as to detect the radiation transmitted only through the container inspect the container cargo and a radiation detecting part.
