A first engaging part 15 shaped like a reverse L substantially is provided in the rear end part of a lower cover 2 so that the fore end part 15a thereof is coaxial with the pivotal support pin 14a or 14b, while a second engaging part 17 shaped like a reverse L substantially and larger than the first engaging part is provided in the rear end part of an upper cover 3 corresponding to the first engaging part so that the fore end part 17a thereof has a length about equal to the fore end part of the first engaging part and is in the same direction. In this constitution, the second engaging part covers the first engaging part in a state wherein the covers are closed, while in a state wherein the covers are opened and the upper cover is opened at an angle of about 180° to the lower cover, an intermediate part 17b stretching to the fore end part, forming a straight line, comes into contact with the lower-end outer corner part 2a of the rear end part of the lower cover. Then the fore end part gets in and comes into contact with the inner corner part 15b of the first engaging part of the lower cover.
