The container conveyance device includes a pair of neck rails 41f, a screw shaft 6 and a conveyance guide 9. The pair of neck rails 41f are provided in a container conveying direction in which a container is guided and conveyed while a neck part of the container mouth is held between the neck rails at an appropriate gap and while a flange of the container mouth is received by the neck rails. The screw shaft 6 has a groove part and rotates by engaging the groove part with the body of the container below the neck rail, thereby the screw shaft 6 conveys the container. The conveyance guide 9 is disposed on a side opposite from the screw shaft with respect to the container. The neck rail 41f is divided at a predetermined section to be detachable, and the conveyance guide 9 of the predetermined section is detachable.
